Esther Marion
Esther Marion has been studying, performing, living and absorbing the art of Flamenco since she was a teenager. She studied in Spain with great dancers, such as La Tati, Ciro, Merche Esmeralda, Joaquin Ruiz, Alejandro Granados, Carmen Cortez, Farruquita and many others. She has performed with nationally and internationally known Flamenco artists while living in Santa Fe, New Mexico. In Seattle, she was the guest artist of Carmona Flamenco, started the group Cafe Cantante, and with the trio Andalibre, she regularly performed as a dancer and singer. In spring 2009, she continued as part of the duo Arte Flamenco, starting to produce shows, called “ Arte Flamenco Profundo”, special shows with guest artists from Spain.
